Shipping & Returns

Return/Refund Policy.
We hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, one of our regular products does not meet your expectations, you may return your items with following important notes:

• Return Time Frame: All items must be returned within 28 days of the date you receive it.
• Return Authorisation: Before you shipped the goods back to us for refund, an return authorisation must be obtained.
• Refund Credit: Refunds will be given within 7-10 business days once we receive the item.
• Shipping Charges: Shipping charges incurred for delivery, return, and re-orders are not refundable. This includes special shipping requests such as special delivery.
• Physical Condition: All items must be in resellable condition and in original packaging material. Items washed, dry cleaned, or otherwise handled are not refundable.
• Clearance items are generally not refundable.
• Items sent by special delivery are only insured up the amount of £500. Please contact info@rosihacon.com if you would like an alternative shipping method for items that total over £500.
